I have a 5th wheel but not sure if the size is 31 or not. Not sure of model number or anything like that because it is all stored in my 5th wheel that is housed on our vacation land in NC. We reside in PA. We keep all paperwork with the 5th wheel because things happen. Like over Labor day the vents leaked and needed replaced and if the information was in PA I would have been out of luck. Well, I am now back home in PA and my range top is getting worn. It is scratched and just has had a ton of use and I want to replace it. It is white. However, all my information is at the RV. I think the model is a dometic but not 100% and want to find out if anyone knows the actual model so I can buy the correct stove top? If not, I can always contact Crossroads I am sure because they should have my information on file.

Also, was I to take my 5th wheel in to some repair place for this recall on the fridge? I never did.

Check with the dealer you bought it from, they would have a copy of the paperwork and could probably get the info quicker than Crossroads.

I know you don't have the info but it is really hard to help you find an answer without the model #. Best of luck in your endeavors. Maybe doing some looking at floorplans of used 2006 zinger 5ers online will help net you an answer to the model #. http://www.rvtrader.comis a good place to start.

Our trailer is stored at a friends farm about an hour drive away and we have had the same need for model and s/n as you but didn't want to drive to get it. Now we keep ALLmanuals, paperwork, etc in a separate softside briefcase and it goes back and forth to the trailer just like my laptop when we travel.

Thanks. I called the tollfree number and they just pulled up my data and told me. Thanks. I logged the information on my computer in a file.
