B&W Companion or any other FW Hitch grease

How often are you all greasing the jaws on your hitches. Kinda new to pulling a fifth wheel had one growing up, but father did all the maintenance. B&W recommends greasing zerk on bottom every 6 months, but they did not include suggestions on jaw greasing. Using a 10 inch lube plate for head so only jaws need to be greased.

I use a silicone spray lubricant on the jaws of my B&W a couple times a month, no grease anywhere but in that one zerk. Also use white lithium grease when removing the head on the 2 uprights.

We don't have the B&W, we have a Reese Pro and I do ours once or twice a year and I use a spray white lithium. It doesn't make a mess like grease and dust and dirt doesn't seem to stick to it.
