Angry Brakes on 2000 All American

I have a 2000 all American. From day one I have never had any brakes. Does anyone know if there is a fuse for the brakes

Have you jacked it up and checked to see if there adjusted? Or checked connections from Rv to tow vehicle. Here are some tips! https://www.etrailer.com/question-36310.html

Yes there is a fuse on the tow vehicle for the trailer brakes. Have someone push on the brake pedal, if all the wires are good, and the magnets are good, you will hear a humming noise at each wheel. If not, you need a volteter or a test light, and check the wiring.

no brake

Hi when I got my crossroads fifth wheel. I had no braks. What they found was a broken wire right in the brake magnets.

brakes or not

Do you have brakes when you pull the Brake-Away Cable?
Do NOT leave it actuated for long! It's a load on the battery and those magnets will heat up.

If you or previous owner used the EZ lube feature (if equipped) to grease the wheel bearings the drums may be full of grease. You will have to pull the hubs to know for sure.
