LED accent light on front cap of Cruiser

Hi all,
The blue led accent light on the front cap of my 2015 Cruiser has failed. Does anyone know if I can order that from somewhere or have a better suggestion?
Thanks,
STLFAN

You can replace it yourself. Here's one site that sells them.

After thinking about it, you would have to buy the strips that can be cut to length. This might be a better site for that.

Front cap led lights

Mine have partially failed as well. Thanks for the info on replacements.

I replaced mine last summer with strip lights from SuperLEDs. I changed from blue to amber because my friends complained the blue was too harsh. the amber looks great! The hardest part after you pull of the old strip is getting the goop off that CR uses to attach it. Also, when you remove the old strip, pull out enough wiring to easily work with BEFORE you cut it. You can either solder or crimp, but either way use some heat shrink tubing to protect the splice. Also, I used clear silicone to seal the hole and the cut end of the strip. Pretty easy job. This is what I used: https://www.superbrightleds.com/more...3528/1466/515/ I used the same lights in blue to replace the one going bad on the interior light over the island.

Amber looks a lot better. Great job. Did you silicone the strip on? Or just use the 3m tape that came with the strip.

I cleaned the gelcoat with alcohol and used the 3M adhesive, which from experience using them on my boat, I have no worries. I did use clear silicone to seal the cut for length and the wire hole through the cap. Pretty easy job compared to alot of the boating mods and repairs I've done.
