Regulator high or low pressure

I need to get a new regulator for my 98 carri-lite. Would this be a high pressure or low pressure regulator, or how would I tell on my current one.

Most all at CW are two stage, that is both the high pressure and the low pressure are built together, Including inlets for two tanks, and an automatic switchover for when the first one is empty. They range from about $45 to $60.

When I referred to CW, I was talking about Camping World. But you can find them at local dealers, and at Amazon.
