slide mechanism

Our bedroom slide has a slight "jump" on one side when sliding in and out. Can someone tell me what type of mechanism it has (manufacturer) and possibly where to find a troubleshooting site? Thanks!

I don't have a bedroom slide on our rig so I can't help as far as adjusting.
I would think Lippert made the mechanism for your slide. Have you tried contacting them?

Yes, I've just emailed them. The "reading material" you sent was helpful. Thanks!
