Exclamation Volante 240RL - TV dish

Hello,

we bought a Volante 240RL 2019.

The satellite TV (Bell) does not work regardless of the input used in the back.

It worked very well on our old SunSet Trail SF270BH 2014.

Ideas of the problem?

Thanks,

You are using your old antenna, right?

Do you have a new receiver?

Or, vice-versa?

When we got our 2106 Cruiser, we kept our old receiver and got a new antenna (though we told CW to change it over from our trade in). Took off for Key West only to find out we had no satellite TV (Dish Network). Come to find out our receiver and their antenna were not compatible. Returned to CW, where they (begrudgingly) put our old antenna on. Problem solved.

Just make sure the receiver and antenna systems are compatible.

Hope this helps.
