Factory PR gal ChristianM

As a lot of you are well aware of there is a gal from the factory (Cross Roads) that is on the forum here.
So far as I have been able to tell she has been helping and trying to help many of our members who have had and are having problems with their unit.
Some is a factory issue and most it seems is dealer issues.

I think it's time to acknowledge ChristianM with a big heart felt thank you for all she has done and is trying to do for everybody here. Without her intervention, a lot of problems would not have been addressed.

So, let me be the first to say,
THANKS CHRISTIAN!!

A positive move by Crossroads to provide such a help to it's customers. You're appreciated Christian. Keep up the good work.

Just a reminder. Christian does not have a magic wand. I'm sure there will be times when even her intervention cannot help. Please remember that not all issues can be resolved to your satisfaction.

Is there a way to change ChristianM's tag to something that indicates she's a CR factory rep? People may be more likely to seek her out if they knew what she does here.

IIRC, I saw a post she made earlier today and her tag (the line under her Forum name) read "family vacation member" or something like that.

The tags for factory representatives, production leads, etc., on other forums I frequent are a different color or state "XXX Factory Rep" or, perhaps, "CR Factory Ambassador".

Profile says----CrossRoads RV Customer Liaison

But lets not try and overload her. This isn't the only forum she keeps track of.
The word gets passed around pretty efficiently.

Agree Christian has tried to be a great liaison for some on this and the Redwood forum..

On the Ford Forums I used to visit there were also 3 to 4 very active reps that were experts on all facets of the cars for training, etc..

I can only wish Christian had been around earlier when I could have used her expertise!

Sounds good. Hopefully, we'll never have need of her services.

Brenda and I also appreciate everything that has taken place from the time we had to return to the factory. Christian is a great person to represent the Crossroads name. In addition, if you have the opportunity to see the professionalism of their customer service and the shop personnel it is worth the trip. Too bad, they need to be as good as they are.

Great idea Lloyd. I can see that Christian really makes every attempt to help us. I reached out to her before having any issues and expressed my gratitude for her being there. Hopefully she stays around and Crossroads lets her keep up the good work! Great PR tool!

I met her at last year's rally and she seems like a very nice and enthusiastic person. I have noticed that she has not posted at all recently. Does this mean she is no longer there?

She has been a big help on the Redwood forum, I'm glad she's here to help the other Crossroads owners.

She has been busy with all the RV shows, she's still around.
