Thanks, I will be starting off with your upgrades and will post other that I find or think of, do you know if the 2012 has the lights in the awning or did that start in 2013 or was it an option<

We don't have lights in our 2013 and I pretty much have every option in the book. Perhaps late 2013 models or 2014 models have them. We have the big globe lights but usually hang them between trees so we can close our awning if it gets windy.

We love our unit, but no awning lights in the 2012. Great price on the unit. Enjoy it

are you guys towing with the king pin that came with the trailer or have you upgraded to an air type one, any advise?

We have had no problems with the king pin that came with the trailer. It's just a TrailAir and really only has the rubber pieces to absorb the shock but I have air bags and they keep the truck from bouncing so we didn't have any significant problems with chucking at all.
