2013 1 year warranty is up March 5th

I've had numerous issues that have been fixed in the first year. I'm nervous what will show up this spring and was really wishing I had a 2 year warranty.
Question: with the first year done, what kind of problems do you see in the 2nd year.
Here is my list of issues still pending and satisfied:

- decal issues Front cap

- Water leaking out front while flushing black tank****
- rust from ladder with water in shaft
- electric shock running to the legs and door when wet

Sat - tank drain has liquid when removing cap
Sat - Awning support not lined up, may need adjustment
Sat - master bedroom screen doesn't fit in window
Sat - water comes out front trim after rain
Sat - Right front storage door wet inside
Sat - gas water heater noise needs adjustment
Sat- Shower water strip seal
Sat - Bunk bed collapsed
Sat - cracks in wall tape
Sat - entry door grab handle loose
Sat - weather strip for front closet slide coming off on outside
Sat - trim support bolt broke on main slide

The pending issues should be taken care of by Crossroads.

I purchased an extended warranty to help defray cost after my second year.

To ME, it is worth, but I'm sure others have a different opinion.

Good luck

I agree with Mark. There is so much that can go wrong with an RV that it is one of the few purchases that I believe an extended warranty is worth the cost. Let the air conditioning unit go out and you've paid for the warranty right there.

As for your list of issues, I agree that CR should cover the remaining outstanding items, although you had best get them documented with CR and the dealer if you haven't already. I had a Forest River product that I had a litany of mostly minor issues with a couple of more concerning issues the first year of ownership. For that one, at least, I can say that all my issues were corrected the first year and I never had another problem until I sold it. It sounds like most of your problems are minor and you will probably be a happy camper this year. Good luck!
