I pull RVs to help with my retirement I pull all brands now that being said if you look around find the one that fits your needs and go to a good dealer which to me is the big thing we just bought a new Rushmore 35ck and love it the quality and it is a well made RV I don't think we would have bought anything else we camp at least 16 times during the camping season and are planning longer trips soon good luck Jim&Carol

We purchased a Zinger last September and do not take delivery until next month because of where we are but after viewing replied messages from forum members we are sure it will be be no worse than any other manufacturer. Like buying a car or truck you take a gamble. We had a Keystone and had our problems but as has been said by members the dealer as well as the maker of the product can make or break your experience. Our dealer was terrible but has luck with others so can't say the manufacturer was at fault. Good luck and enjoy your camping experience.

You have already lost 7 months of your warranty before you even get to use it. I would get as much time in with it as you can to get any bugs worked out before your warranty is completely up.

We purchased our unit in September of 2010 and took delivery in April 2011. It was noted on the purchase agreement that the warranty started at delivery. In October 2012 the dealer tried to convince me my warranty had already expired. They also told me that the extended warranty I purchased didn't cover anything that I needed repaired.

I didn't buy it. they eventually did the work under 2yr warranty, but made me work for it.
So just a tip for prospective buyers: Since you're losing a years worth warranty make them add an extra promise: start the warranty at time of delivery, not time of sale.

I know what you are saying, all I am saying is that it does not matter where you go there can be problems and you only have to work with the dealer if you are having problems. Thanks for your reply and I am sure we are all on the same page.
