Congrats on your trailer. We also bought our 2011 Cruiser from Layzee Acres and like you were very impressed with their service and professionalism. Thomas (who we first met at the RV show in Toronto) was extremely patient in demonstrating the various Crossroads models and helping us decide on the 30SKP. Felix and Leona also provided valuable assistance, were very approachable and easy to deal with. Rob did a great job on the "walk through" and explained everything thoroughly. I would not hesitate to recommend Layzee Acres to anyone looking to buy a Crossroads trailer.

Yes our salesperson was Thomas too. Not high pressure but good. Josh was our walk through person........this guy must have spent at least an hour with us going through the whole fifth. Lee in the office is excellent. Yes..........very happy so far.
