Excellent Crossroads Customer Service

I just wanted to make it known to perspective buyers that the customer service I've gotten has been fantastic. I recently purchased a 2014 Sunset Trail Reserve 32rl. I've had several small problems. Honestly the dealer was no help and I quickly saw I was just an inconvenience to them. Plus they are 300 miles away so it wasn't worth a trip for small fixes or missing pieces. They did give me a fantastic price, top dollar for my trade-in and some free hitch pieces, so I'm still happy with them. But they were no help with my broken hinge, broken piezo igniter and missing TV mount piece.

So I called Cross Roads customer service and usually got Mark Quinn. I told Mark the issue. He told me how to fix it and sent me the part. No questions asked and the problem quickly got resolved. What Mark didn't know he connected me to someone who did.

So have confidence that when you buy a Cross Roads manufactured RV that they will stand behind their product. Even if the issues are not their fault, like missing TV mount pieces that the dealer misplaced.

Thanks Crossroads you have earned a loyal and supportive customer.

Nice to hear a report like this. Sounds like maybe CR is getting back to the days of old.

Thats great to hear! It's nice that you would take the time to write this up. Most happy people never think twice compared to the unhappy people.

Good Job Crossroads

When the dealer screwed up the repairs on my front cap and not ordering the graphics need to complete the repair. Called Crossroads service and they sent the parts in hand and free in two days. Good Job CR, I will skip all dealers if possible next time.

Hey folks. This thread started out being a positive thread with good reports on CR service. Lets try and keep it going in that direction.

Difference in viewpoint. It was built as designed. No flaw there.

If the design did not meet your expectations you have 2 options, modify it or live with it. You bought it that way.

I had an electrical problem that was solved by an electrician that came to the C.G and found a bad wire connection in the water heater,2 wires were connected with a plastic cap that melted and created a shortage .
I took pictures of the bad connection and send it to CR just to make aware and asked them to improve it in the next models (I am way out of warranty) .
At my surprise they asked for the invoice and payed me back....

This is called GOOD SERVICE.

We have been very happy with the customer service at Crossroads. They took care of all of our issues when we were at the factory rally.

FYI
I moved the post on the hot water heater problem to it's own thread.
They are valuable posts that deserves their own Thread.

Over the years and the several campers I've owned, dealing directly with the manufacturer has always proved productive when the dealer service gave excuses and no resolution. Glad to hear CrossRoads is one of those manufacturers.
