Hi new about to be owner

About to purchase a new to me 2012 Zinger 26bh. Appreciate any input ASAP.
I previously owned another brand (FR BH)so I am familiar with most systems.
My question: looking at the CR website 2016 model Zingers boasts a very nice aluminum cage construction, using 5/8 plywood floor, R7 batt fiberglass insulation in walls, ceiling and the floor! Is this standard on a 2012? Also is 600 or 1000 invertor standard equip? With the enclosed under belly I can't see anything, and the seller inherited the unit and offers no knowledge of its systems.
I am very impressed with what I read about construction but the seller can't share much. Lastly is there anything I should be aware of or look for in this particular model. Anxious to close the deal, but not a dealer, so for now I'm on my own relying on my knowledge of previous Forest River and what I can learn here from this new forum. Thanks in advance, and I look forward to being involved. BTY recent retired, really pumped to enjoy.

Here is a link to the 2012 Zinger sales brochure. Should help you with questions.

To the best of my knowledge, they don't come with an Inverter, they have a converter.

Good luck and welcome aboard.

Hey all, thanks again.
So far pretty Iam impressed with construction of CR Zinger. The 2012 sales brochure spelled out very well. The current owner knows very little.
My only previous RV was a Wilderness back in the 80's and more recently a Forest River. So per the sales brochure the 2012 unit has the standard wood stud exterior wall framing 16 " oc with R7 batt fiberglass insulation, vs my current FR Aluminum welded cage construction with solid core styrofoam insulation.
Appreciate any thoughts pro or con on that given that I use my TT a lot in colder climates and always cranking the heat. Thanks again any and all input.
Once I get this settled, I ll be good for a while, I will just enjoy it !!
