How to contact Crossroads?

Hi,



I could use some help. A few months ago we bought a Kingston 5th wheel, and we need some warranty work done. We bought it up in Indiana about 600 miles from us, and I contacted our dealer. He said if we didn't want to bring it back up to him that we would have to contact Crossroads directly and he gave me a number. We have been trying that number non stop and we cannot get throught, as it is ALWAYS busy. The numbers we have been using are 206-593-2866/3850. We have also tried a local dealership and he said that he won't even look at it for several weeks. If anyone has another number we could use, we would really appreciate it.

This is straight from the "contact" tab on the front page of the Crossroads web site. I know the toll free number works because I have used it before.
