We are on our second Crossroads unit and probably our third after the first of the year. If we did not believe in them we would never have bought the second one.

We also are on our second CrossRoads product the support from the factory has been good. The Janet package is after a Rushmore, (that is not going to happen)

We too are on our second Crossroads Cruiser. Great company and great support if you need it. Hey Frank, don't you think Janet really deserves a Rushmore? Keep her happy.

We have had our zinger for 1 season and love it. We had a few minor repairs done under warranty early on. Crossroads took care of it no questions asked. We bought our trailer based on the reports of good customer service and have not been disappointed. Also the 2 year warranty is nice. Another nice thing is many crossroads owners tend to get together one or two times a year and we have made some new friends through the mason dixon bunch!

I had some issues with my unit early on and after warranty, but CR was there to cover the issues during the warranty and assist (not monetary) after the warranty period expired.

We'll look to CR for our next purchase.

This is our 3rd Crossroads trailer and have had some problems with them but if you have a good dealer, they can fix most of the problems but if not Crossroads will step up and take care of it. Will buy another CR product hands down. Good Luck with you search.

We are also on our second CR and had problems with this oneit went back to the factory twice from Louisiana at no cost to me. They made it right and never stopped or left me out to dry. I would buy another, but hopefully not soon.

Ditto x all the above. Researched RVs for approx. 10 yrs, stumbled across CrsRds by accident and all info I could uncover pointed to Crossroads, quality and customer service, etc... there have been some problems with the new unit but, it's a new unit, getting the kinks worked out, and when it's time to stop moving, will more than likely be looking at Crossroads Destination 'home'. ....For what it's worth.....

Ditto what Ruck said, 'cept we researched only 5 years & stumbled on a C/R product by accident @ a 2010 RV show in Houston. Then found this forum, that help cement the deal. By far the best thing we had seen & bought. Of course having Hunter11 being the Texas Rally Master makes it even better, he even brings his RV to the rallys!

Say it isn't so Ford! You mean the CR Rally master does not even bring his Crossroads trailer to the national rally? Get a rope.......
