Looking for input!

I'm in conversation with a private seller - looking at her 2014 39ft BH Zinger. What am I looking for that might mean I'm in for jobs I wasn't looking for?
Thanks in advance!

In my opinion, the very worst thing would be water damage.

might be a good idea to go to the document section of this forum and print and take the PDI list with you to check out the Zinger, before you buy...The PDI list is good whether you buy from a dealer or private owner...

Take the PDI with you and Ask them to show you how everything works. That way you can see how to make it work and also verify that it works. The other thing is to look for FRESH painted areas. Check out the ceiling inside the cabinets for any water damage. Also check the floors in the corners and along the walls for soft spots. Water damage can be very expensive to fix. Good luck hope its a good one.

Many thanks to all of you!
I have notes now - it's slightly less intimidating

Check the roof

If it is a rubber roof, check for tears and cracks or dry rotting. New roofs are expensive.
