I have been looking

at Keystone, Jayco, Palomino and Crossroads.

At this point, I have narrowed my interest to a Crossroads Zinger

destination type travel trailer (tried to find the Hill Country on their

website as someone said to look at it, but to no avail).

The purpose of the

trailer is full-time live-in.

Approximately every 6 months, it will be moved (I do not drive) to a

different location in the states weather it be anything from a friend's farm to

a trailer park. The feedback from this

posting will play a major roll in continuing my interest in a Crossroads

Zinger. Here are some issues I am

throwing out for comment -

  1. <li value="1" style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle">The trailer will be

    registered to an out-of-state LLC.

This and the info above eliminates any "marriage" with a

particular dealer and having the trailer brought in for problems. Will Crossroads insure that a dealer

will handle any problems on site?</span>

    <li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle">In a pre-possession

inspection, what should be looked at particularly with Crossroads?</span>

<li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle">Will portable pads in lieu of

cement or gravel work as a foundation for the trailer?</span>

<li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle">Of primary importance is the

    washer/dryer capability. Are there

restrictions to be made aware of?</span>

<li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle">Are there any other aspects

that would restrict a Crossroads Zinger from meeting my purpose?</span>

Looking

forward to hearing from the experts out there.
UPDATE: Learned that there is only 30 amp service on the trailer, so on to my other choices. Thanks anyway.
