Reserve or Rezerve

What's in a name? Crossroads Reserve, or Crossroads Rezerve.

One has an "S" and the other a "Z"...just kidding..
These are two separate trailer lines for Crossroads. The Reserves are part of the Sunset Trail lightweight line. Trailer design, materials and construction s are lighter. The Rezerves are heavier. Just at a glance, they look almost the same but similar trailers can be around 1000+ lbs heavier for the Rezerves. Both great looking trailers.

Check the tow ratings on your TV (tow vehicle) for a a good start. There are several threads that cover what you can safely tow based on vehicle tow max, hitch weight max, number of occupants, gear, etc.

I started on this sight and got great info on towing regardless of what you end up buying.


I have a 1/2 ton truck and I looked for over two years before upgrading. You won't find lighter trailers in the market with as much room or amenities.

I have a worksheet that I found whereby you drop your capacities (easily found in your vehicle manual or online) and estimate passenger weight, gear, etc. and it wil give you an idea of the max size trailer. PM me and I can send it to you. I've posted it a couple times on the site and don't want to keep putting it in the threads.

Our TV is a HD 2500 Chevy with a 6.0 gas engine. It will pass everything but the gas stations. A 7000 lb. EW trailer is well within its towing limits.
