Rv Insurance

My Rv insurance by Erie insurance will expire soon. I'm looking for information on what other forum members have for insurance, with what company and any good or negative points.

We are dropping our State Farm this week and going to Erie. Mostly due to an increase in rates with our autos. No wrecks or tickets or claims in over 7 years and rates still going up. Is there something about Erie I should know?

When we switched trailers last year, we switched everything to Geico. The RV division (which I think is ran by somone else) received good reviews. Rates were good and as a bundle works well for us. Tow coverage is included and seems to cover anything you may need. Dropped our AAA and Good Sam Roadside.

Satisfied with Erie, just like to compare every few years.

I have National General Ins... The thing I like the most about it is during the winter months I can put the camper in storage (in other words) off the road and pay much less premium but the camper is still covered by comprehensive...Then when I'm ready to use the camper I just call National and tell them i am taking it out of storage there for reinstating the full coverage...Bought through Good Sam....

I have the National General as well. No issues with them either. When I priced around last spring during renewal time, I could not find any place cheaper, including State Farm who has my Home, 3 cars and 2 motorcycles.

I also have Nationwide. I have everything insured with them allowing me to cover everything with a $2M umbrella liability policy.

We have everything with West Bend Mutual, had our RV with Progressive and was very happy with the response when our awning snapped in half during a storm(had it tilted and no rain in forecast!), I was in the middle of a car show on a saturday, they said take it off and bring it to the dealer. I left it there on my way home and by Monday afternoon I had a call that said they had looked at it, paid the dealer and to expect a call for it to be ready early the following week.

So far no issues to have to call WBM for...having it all on one gave us an additional discount.
