After many months of research I've come to the conclusion that the CrossRoads' Cruiser hits the RV sweet spot for quality, value and reliability. And given the current state of the economy you would think that the company's sales team would jump at the chance to answer a question or two from a prospective customer. Well, I've left a voice message and sent a question via email, but no joyLuckily, Rob at RV Wholesalers has stepped up to the plate and promptly answered my queries, and has even called CrossRoads to get answers to my moreesoteric questions (such as will the Cruiser battery compartmentaccommodatefourdeep-cycle 6V batteries). Yes, it will.

OK, so where do I actually get to see a Cruiser in person without travelling half way across the country? Interestingly, when I keyed my zip code into the Crossroads's dealer finder it located two vendors within 100 miles - the first dealer no longer carries the line and, in fact, has some disparaging comments about the company's sales department, and the other had a couple of older models but no Cruisers. So much for the dealer locater. BTW, I'm in San Diego, CA. Back to the dealer locater - you *have* to key in a single zip code. No map, no distance-to-dealer, no list. It's hunt and peck the whole way. Really frustrating

Anyway, I'm still sold on the company's products, and from this forum and others I know that after the sale service is fine, but the sales department and web site need work. So, does anyone know a location within 500 miles of SD where I can actually set foot in a Cruiser? Thanks!!

When we weresearching for a 2010 CK30SK to look at, a call to the factory gave me the answer in about 3 minutes. They pointed me to a dealer that had 3 on the lot.

Maybe you hit them at a bad time?

Try this site. Looks like they have lots of CrossRoads units in stock.

Website indicates that they are in Sacramento.

I called the factory and told them I was interested in changes to 2010 and higher Cruiser models as I may order a 32BL in the spring time. The receptionist asked me where I lived and connected me to a sales regional representative. The guy talked to me for more then 20 minutes.

Maybe you hit them at a bed time or went down the wrong avenue????

Thanks gball - I found that site the other day, but when you look at the inventory of new RVs only the Kingston shows up. I'll probably give them a call anyway.

Hi mwebber,

I'm glad that you received a prompt response. I assume that someone from Crossroads monitors the forum so perhaps I'll get some help regarding dealer issue. Hey, they know where to find me

Thanks for all the responses. I'll probably give the folks at Crossroads another call, but I would like to mention again that RV Wholesalers has been very responsive and they have a great web site to boot.

We bought our 2010 CF31QB Cruiser from RV Wholesalers in August. Before placing the order in July, I made a bunch of calls to Mitch at RVW with a first timer's questions.Mitch was patient and answered all our questions. Prior to placing the order I inquired as to delivery and the date I was given was right on the mark. While the pre-delivery inspection may not be as thorough as your local dealer we did ask for and saw everything working so that turned out well. We stayed at Indian Lake State Park the night we picked up our coach as was suggested and returned to RVW the next morning to have a very minor issue corrected promptly.

Would I buy from RVW again or recommend them to a close relative? ABSOLUTELY!

Call 888.226.7496 and ask for Rudy. Tell 'em a redneck in Atlanta gave you his name.
