We literally just traded in our 2012 Zinger for a larger 2014 Zinger.
As with any brand/make/model, there are bad apples. We bought one in stock this time (ordered first one), and the quality seems to match our 2012. We have had nothing major on our 2012. I anticipate the same with our 2014.

When I'm ready to purchase I would explore Crossroads first and if they had the model that I wanted I would purchase another, but If we saw another brand we liked better I would go with that brand. I had never heard of Crossroads till we bought our current 5ver and the reason why we bought it was because of the floor plan.

My zinger has been great and I have no complaints. I would recommend the zinger to someone. The decrease in warranty does put me off some but If I wanted another TT at this level and the Floorplan were correct I would buy one. However, when we upgrade it will probably be to either a sabre, cruiser or sunset trail 5er. We love the sabre but I have not yet set foot in the cruiser or sunset trail 5ers with the Floorplan we like to compare.

Our first Zinger and although we did have minor problems they were looked after by the dealer and Crossroads and all has been great. Will buy another unit if nothing changes in the near future.
Love the TT and the service.

I would buy another Cruiser if I had the confidence they were built with the same care as our '07 and'10 models. I think they would have to get rid of the Schwintek slides and go back to the rack & pinion electric slides though.

Although I agree with Dale on most of his post, I don't know at this point that I would purchase another CR product. I've seen to much crap workmanship on my present unit when I have had areas of it opened up doing work. I would have to be allowed to sit there and supervise the whole build process before I would ever feel comfortable with another one of their units.

Lloyd I agree with you but I do think it is an industry wide concern and problem. I recently installed a surge protector and was amazed at the amount of sawdust, wood scrapes discarded zip ties and crudely cut penetrations for wiring. I don't believe it is just CR. The industry is busy and it is all about profit. Buyer beware whatever you choose.

My 2011 Zinger has been trouble free the last 2 years. I'm looking at a 2014 now that looks to be well built, so my answer is yes.

I would definitely buy another Crossroads trailer except that I love my Sunset Trailer 30RK I hope that I never need to.

SKing...off topic question...how did the 32QB handle with the Dodge?
Considering trucks and wondering if 3/4 ton is absolute, or if properly equipped 1/2 ton will do it. I am thinking 3/4...but dunno.

It handled fine but I now have a 2013 2500 I'm pulling the new one with. I like the 2013 much better.

I would definetly buy another crossroads rv. I currently have a zinger 26rl. Crossroads has bent over backwards to make sure problems I have had have been taken care of. Crossroads really does stand behind there product. Highly recommend.

We will probably upgrade in the next year or so and will stay with Crossroads if they have the floorplan we want. I have seen issues with all manufacturers on other forums which is indicative that it is an industry wide problem.
Any problems that we had were handled by CR to our satisfaction.

I had so many compliments about my 2014 this weekend and I heard plenty of complaints about other brands as well.
