I had the same problem. The exact same trailer. Dealer fixed it but watch out, the front cap will start leaking. Went camping for a week storm came up and it started coming in dripping on us. They had to tear front cap off and replace. Hopefully you caught in time

Hey, I know you said you are in Orange county. We keep ours at Southside storage in mebane. It is only a few min from my house. No trees! Just park towards the back (you'll see 2 sabres and a couple class A's back there. I have seen the power lines fall at the front of the lot once before after a big storm. It is a gated lot. The back is not fenced but they would have to drag it through 300 acres of woods to get it out. We have been using this lot for almost 3 yrs now with no problems. They are $50/month. When we lived in Cary we kept it near Jordan lake for about the same price. It was American storage on my Gilead church rd. It was a fenced gated lot. No issues there either. They were doing some construction of new storage units there when we moved a few years ago so I don't know what it looks like now. There is also an indoor storage facility up there but they were rather expensive.

The funny thing is we have the opposite problem. Our neighbors tell us all the time we could keep the trailer here but our yard and driveway is all hills so no good spot for it here. I hope one of these will help you.
