My apologies, Jim. I just saw your response. I'm glad to hear you guys love the camper. It looks to be the perfect lightweight camper. If you ever do weigh it, let me know. I'd be curious. We are waiting until after the Winter shows before purchasing, but may end up going with the 28BH. Thanks again for your input! =)

Ive had no problems whatsoever this year. We did 10 camping trpis ranging from 1 hour away to 4 hours away. Most were about 2 hours drive. My Payload on my Ram is 1320. The Tongue weight on my TT is 600 dry. I have NOT YET weighed my Truck and my Camper to get exact numbers. I probably should? However, My friend is towing a much larger/heavier TT with his Ram and he has had no issues either. So, I figure if I am at LEAST 400 lbs of tongue weight less, as well as almost 2,000lbs less and about 3 ft shorter...I should be ok!

Im actually looking to buy a 2016 270BH, but was wondering if you have ever weighed it with your vehicle. I am concerned about tongue weight as we will have 800lbs of passengers, plus the tongue weight of the trailer eating away at my cargo capacity of 1820 lbs. Any input from an actual owner would be greatly appreciated! =)
