I live in Newfoundland and also have the 2014 Sunset Trail 33BD. Bought it used last fall, just getting it ready for the long weekend in May. Since you fixed your leak with caulk, have you had any more issues? I'd be interested to know.

Mine has a 3rd party warranty till 2018 but even getting warranty work done can be a pain.

Sorry to bother you but I couldn't help but notice all of the issues you've had with your Sunset Trail. I am about to buy a 2014 Sunset Trail Reserve 33BD and just wanted your opinion on your experiences with the product and the company? The trailer I'm looking to buy has another 2 years left on the extended warranty, not sure if this is worth the paper it's written on.
