Well, i installed the adjustable thermostat that Russb reccimmended. Had to adjust a little, but water is now 124 degrees at the hottest.

Some follow up. In my last reply, I said the wTer temp was 140*, so normal ops. However, a couple of days later, it was over 150*. So I guess I'm gonna install that adjustable thermostat.
