Wonder when that happened...there is service center with phone nos and email, but they can only refer you dealers? Seems odd to me...

OK this sounded like a good suggestion to call Crossroards...I did, spoke to Thomas Woodiel. He told me that Crossroads does not ship directly to people and that I would have to deal with a dealer....

Ok, ours has the same problem...does anyone know if the contact person is the same as it was in 2012? And are these 1.5" or 3" ? Do these nail up or fit in a groove? If I got something locally not...
