Was there any reason stated that they won't hold the trailer? I guess I don't understand their thinking on that one. Unless its just the wide stance they're meaning.

The binder I'm using is way smaller then what is being shown in your links. If you look real close you should be able to see there isn't any grab hooks on the ends, it's just a piece of round stock...
