It still should be stamped on the inside...

It still should be stamped on the inside (opposite the valve stem) what the PSI rating is.
Most are stamped on the outside where you can read it. I have seen some where they stamped it on the inside...

It should be stamped on the inside of your rims....

It should be stamped on the inside of your rims. Otherwise ask who ever you got the rims from.
