Yes it did worry us a lot especially at night....

Yes it did worry us a lot especially at night. Now wejust haveto wait and see who will cover it under the warranty, not sure if it is a Dimplex or crossroads as it may not have been wired correctly....

Just found out today the problem was a juction...

Just found out today the problem was a juction box behind the fireplace, all the inside was burnt, thanks for all the input
