First off thank you everyone for your help, but I am still not sure how to get at the radio in line fuse. Crossroads replied telling me to remove the panel below the radio. I probably could do that...

Thanks Dagsr1, I guess I will have to look at it a little harder to see how a tool will work. I was hoping there would have been access on the sides to insert keys to unlock the tabs on the chassis...
