Thanks for the comments.. The most expensive part was the grade 8 bolt and nut. Out of Mcmaster.

Just got back from a 1,950 mile trip. No clunking what so ever.. The hitch felt perfect and with the moryde pin box, I couldn't be happier. I can't believe the difference in feel.

My Reese 16K Slider was sloppy as all heck, Made all kinds of noise. It was so sloppy i thought the camper was going to rip it out of the bed...
