Haven't been out your way yet, but the thought has crossed my mind for our spring 2013 trip. Looks like this year will be Texas and Louisiana. Maybe the crawfish festival in Breau Bridge?

I did get out for 2 1/2 weeks recently to Arizona and New Mexico. Just an appetizer for heading out again in March or April....
