That's a bit odd since that issue is pretty common but as I recall it has always resulted in the GFCI tripping not the circuit breaker to that circuit. I thought of that problem initially but...

It appears the CB you are pointing at goes to the front outlets. If you are handy and feel comfortable with this, Remove shore pwr, swap that black wire from the "Front" breaker to the "Microwave"...
