there should be water heater by pass valves right...

there should be water heater by pass valves right behind the heater that does not let anti freeze to the heater.....if the dealer filled the heater , I would stay away from them

no offense , but as I have mentioned before, if you don't want to pay someone to winterize a brand new unit ....try to find a neighbour or a friend that has done it before to help.....it saves alot...
