Yeah, but even most scissor jacks make the same claim. If you only need two inches you are good to go!! I agree, I would avoid the product for anything other than stabilization.

We have them on our 5er at the back and they state they are not designed to lift your trailer (ie. truly level it). They basically take the sag out of your butt end and stabilize.

The correct term would be powered stabilizers. That is what the OP referred to with the link. They don't level your trailer, they just move up and down with power and should never be used to level...
