Mine's a Rhino hose too (orange, brown and black)...

Mine's a Rhino hose too (orange, brown and black) and both of the end fittings (opaque "L" and orange twist lock fitting) are both able to slide into the bumper. Just requires a turn or two to get...

Mine fits fine. Just have to rotate the ends so the corners slide into the square tube. Did they maybe change the diameter of the bumper for the '13 - '14 models?

I'm confused. Why don't people just use the rear bumper to store their dump hose? Is this additional PVC tube you guys are taking about to store a second hose?
