No, only options in the 1500 were 3.21, 3.55 or 3.92. In the 2500, with 5.7L or 6.4L Hemi, the options are 3.73 or 4.10; 6.7 L Cummins its 3.42.

Could I have made it work with the 3.55, maybe. ...

5.7L Hemi
Heavy duty cooling
Extra heavy duty rear shocks (and depending on the squat still may put helper air bags inside the coil springs)...

Well, after 8 weeks of waiting (new order, custom build), our Ram 1500 Outdoorsman finally arrived and we got it today. It looks really nice and drives great. I can't believe how quiet the cabin is...
