The 530 watts is at 24 volts. Which is charging the battery bank. With his inverter 2000/120 he has about 16 amps of AC available but at a discharge rate of roughly 160 amps from the batteries.

I am about to do a similar solar set up. I want to run 4 panels with two pairs in series and then paralleled. The higher voltage will have less voltage loss. Much like the original post.
