Thanx for the response. I don't want to malign the dealer (your guess was correct) as I believe they have done their best. the problem has been getting parts. Everything Crossroads sends seems to be...

I thought I would let current and prospective Crossroads owners know how Crossroads has handled our nine month long nightmare with our 2014 Elevation 3210. I will be fair and as it remains to be seen...
