Is it normal down south for the dealerships to have water and electric hooked up ? Â*I'm from Alberta and I have never seen that up here but maybe the dealers don't do it because they would have to...

My first thought would have been a careless customer too, but seriously without any water hooked up to the toilet a customer walking thru the sales lot and wanting to get rid of their coffee cup down...
