When our first flush stopped working it was the same story. The tech at the service place told me that Crossroads mounted the nozzle in the wrong place. After that both were replaced under warranty...

Both of ours (two black tanks) had to be replaced...

Both of ours (two black tanks) had to be replaced under warranty. Both originals were replaced with Tornadosprayers. Don't know why but neither has clogged in over two years. I never empty the black...
