If you have movement as described you may have a loose wheel bearing. Need to check ASAP as if it is loose you may have acatastrophic failure.

Are you taking about the camber angle or the stearing angle. If it is the camber then I would say you have a serious problem and your tires will not go more than a couple thousand miles.
