KirkedOut, thanks yeah I did. Heater stopped working just before I put it up. So I took it in for service, guys said "loose wire and spider web across the flue".
So I paid my exorbitant hourly rate...

Well it's working, water is even hot in outlet line, but NO water is coming out kitchen or bathroom sink. Any suggestions?
