All the tanks for an RV are D.O.T. certified so there would be no fine for them as they are designed for transport.

I agree with all the above. Check for water first then replace the GFIC outlet with a higher quality one. Like circut breakers, the more they trip the eazier it is for them to trip.

I got mine from a sleep number shop and yes they are pricey. They make one for the rv and I built a 1 X 3 frame to contain it. Ours was about $1600 but we also got the special sheets and pillow cases.
