Has anyon gotten the "Enclosed Underbelly"? We bought ours used and it did not have it. I'm wonderinfg is this a dealer option? Mfg option? (can I put it on?) Is it a good idea? Our model number is wrong in our sig sb ZT29FR. When I figure out how to change/ add to sig I will change it.

If yours is not enclosed you can do it yourself. You can use Coroplast and metal trim pieces around the frame to hold it. The stuff from the factory is pretty cheap stuff and I plan to replace ours with Coroplast at some point. I have priced the Coroplast locally and can do ours for under $150.

my zinger has a black fabric. almost like a tarp material. it covers the bottom of the trailer but the frame and cross braces and water tanks are exposed.

I just prefer something more ridged and water proof than the thin material CR uses. Once I have the old stuff offI intend to check all my tank fittings (we have a leak in the fresh water inlet) and I am going to add more insulation to the underbelly. I think over time the Coroplast will hold up much better than the fabric material. If you ever take a look at a trailer with the Coroplast covering you will see what I mean. Just my personal preferance.

And that's fine I was just wondering, I think I have a water leak as when I fill my fresh tank up the under belly gets water in it sometimes, Just one more thing I need to look at around here.

I have the same issue with our fresh water tank. We took a trip last week and had to take water with us, when I filled it all the way up I got a slow leak at the fill hose. Another thing on the list........

Our 2010 model 26' rear living that we took delivery on two weeks ago has the enclosed underbelly...it's like plastic cardboard...same thing my 2000 31' Fleetwood had. We sold that one last year. I don't know that's it's something needed unless you spend a lot of time in cold, cold weather...btw the Fleetwood developed a leak somewhere under the floor and 'filled' up the underbelly. Not a good thing...there's insulation in there that shouldn't get wet. Anyway if you don't have it, I wouldn't sweat it!

Just picked up our 2010 Zinger ZT31SB. It has all the bells and whistles including the underbelly. Got underneath it to see if there were any gaps where wires to the trailer brakes came out but found everything sealed up tight. Great advantage for us as we are on a seasonal campsite and a couple of mice found their way into out last trailer.

my 2008 25rk came with the under belly covered its like a plastic cardboard it keeps the tanks from freezing in cold temps spring and fall. I'm not real cold but at night when it gets 20-30 degrees.

Another place the mice can find thier way into your trailer is the basement. I found some large areas around the sewer and water lines that are not sealed on my Cruiser.

If you decide to enclose the underbelly - may I offer a suggestion. Since there are valves and other bits you may need to get at in the future - do yourself a HUGE favour and fabricate "access" doors/panels so you can access places where valves are located. I have an 08 32SB with an enclosed underbelly (fabric) - and recently repaired a Grey Water Valve (several posts in the forum on this - Leaking Grey Water Valve). The extra time spent removing large portions of the fabric - and a "hockey sock" full of screws (and a wheel) to fix the galley valve - would have been much better spent drinking beer. I promise you this - the valves will eventually need "attention"......
Happy Camping!!

My 2008 Zinger 30-BH came with an enclosed underbelly...I assume it was from the factory.

On the Zinger the enclose under belly is an option. You were fortunate to find a dealer who knew what he was doing
