Schematics, Diagrams and Manuals

I intend to contact Crossroads and ask for Schematics, Diagrams and Manuals.
What should I be asking for?
Anything in particular?
Terminology I should use?

Good luck with that. From what I've seen, RV manuals across the industry are extremely generic and wiring diagrams are pretty much non-existent.

When we had our 2000 Jayco Quest, I sent an email to Jayco directly and requested specific electrical, framing and plumbing schematics. They were very detailed and spot on. From what I was told they didn't sent them out until the unit was at least 5 years old. They were very helpful while we were hanging TV mounts and nails for pictures, etc.

I would be very happy if you were to get a electrical schematic out of CR. I've tried a few times in the past with no success. Please let us know if you do get one.
