Anyone have one of these and have used one. Are these worth it I found it on Amazon for 50 bucks with shipping which is the best price I could find. It looks like it would be a handy thing to have.

Old Farmer.
Have you used it? I just purchased mine for 50 bucks with shipping. It looks like it would come in handy on the side of the road.

Trailer Aid is my only lifting device and it works great. Much more stable when changing a tire especially along side of the road with passing big rigs. Only issue I have had is depending on terrain, it may not lift quite enough. I can always dig out from under the bad tire if on sand, or I will place it on a leveling board first to get more height if on asphalt/concrete.

Used mine 3 times with two different trailers. Fortunately, it wasn't on the side of the road but in campgrounds to remove a dangerously strange wearing tire (one of the originals, of course) and have a new tire mounted at a nearby tire store. It is so quick and easy that I'll never be without one. Will feel much more confident if I ever need one on the side of the road.

No, I haven't had to use it ---yet, but I can see where it will be much better then a jack when along side the highway.

Easy-peasy!! You might want to carry a 2X6 just in case the shoulder or camping spot is gravel. Helps to keep it from sinking in.
Had a flat along I-80 in Nevada a year ago. Narrow shoulder and had to be in the sand. Probably wouldn't have worked without a board.

How much rise does it have? Thinking 2 of these would work for those seriously out of level places I always find to park at and act as a "de-rocker".

It worked for me. I used mine to change a tire on our 335SS.

BipeFlier-
You triggered my memory! I did have to change a tirewhen in a sandy campground and used my Lynx Levelers under the TrailerAide. Worked well in lieu of carrying a 2X6.Easy.

There are two different sizes of the trailer aid get the taller of the two, if you do not have the taller of the two use the lynes levelers I found these to bee better than the boards

Mine worked fine on a Trail Aire Equa-Flex, on IH-35 North bound on the frontage road, July 22, 2011, while enroute to the 2011 factory rally!
