A friend of mine just bought a new Redwood at the Toronto RV show. After checking out the websight I have to say I am impressed. Finally, a rig for fulltimers. I have been very pleased with my 2009 34CK but these definitely look like a step up. Certainly look to be better insulated.Stopping at the plant for some maintenance on my way north this spring. Will check out the Redwood then.

Does anyone know what make the new Redwood a full-time rig? Construction looks the same as the Crossroads rigs.

Take the time to go tour the factory. I did, and I'm sure you will be impressed. Better insulation, seals, frame, tires, frameless windows, the list goes on.

Another difference is the way the walls are constructed. They use styrofoam insulation and are "pinch rolled". No hung wall, fiberglass insulation on the Redwood walls. Also, it has stamped steel roof trusses and many more options than the Seville. One of the options I really like is a 30,000 BTU A/C.

Check out Redwood's new web site. It also has an owners forum on it. Nothing posted yet but maybe owners will begin to post before long.
