Dealer called today andtold uswe couldcome up and do a quick walk around inspection of the new CF345RF. they are just finishing up the PDI and will install the second battery and the Max Airs in the morning.

We have an appointment for 10am todo our thorough inspection and get a run through of everything...

Should have it home in the afternoon whenI will install the central vacuum then start loading her up with all the stuff from the old trailer.

It looked like everything we order came with it, didn't see the remote fob etc but I'm sure its there and we'll go through it all tomorrow.

Damn they are pretty with the full paint and leather interior furniture. They have a new swirl on the front of them which wasn't on the ones from the fall run which looks real nice.

Wife is out buying stuff for it tonight already..... She is pumped!

Don't forget to visualize the awning rod, emergency slide crank, and talk to them about what you need to do to keep the warranty in affect. There used to be an annual inspection requirement (not sure if they still do that though). Congrats on the new arrival!

Don't believe there is an awning rod anymore with the electric awning, at leastI don't remember seeing one with our 2010 Cougar that had electric awning. But we will have a look and good catch on the manual crank for the slides....

It's supposed to have the central vac all roughed in so hopefully that job won't be too big a task today. Then it will be on to organizing what is going to go where, not as much storage space as the 38 ft Cougar had so I'll have to get creative. Some chairs under the bed I suspect...........lol

Warm spell here this week they are calling foralmost 70 degrees each day so timingcouldn't have been better as it didn't get exposed toroad salt during delivery.

huh..........guess we are now officially Crossroad Cruiser owners !

We bought it from Springmount RV Centre in Owen Sound Ontario, Layzee couldn't get close to the deal (light yrs away) from the deal at SpringMount although perhapsbecause we've bought 5 trailers from them over the yearsis why but I doubt it.
They are very good to deal with, don't charge all the extras such as PDI, freight, dealer admin etc.... you get an out the door price taxes in thatconsiderably less than anyone else in Ontario..

Morry's trailer sales(Heartland Dealer) is the same and both are withiin an hr of each other.

The Provincial looks great, thus far from what I've seen as I've been installing the central vacuum and a few other goodiesexcellent fit and finish and I've noticedsignificant build differences between our 2010 Cougar already.

Got it pretty much loaded up with all the goodies, the auto jacks will be a challenge to set up I'm sure, the remote controls for awning, lights, slides is cool but the damn thingdon't run the front jacks.......err at least I haven't figure it out if it does but I haven't evenpulled out a book yet as I was installing central vac, towel racksand the like yesterday.

It was 74 degrees here yesterday, hoping for the same today and perhaps I'll get all the work done and the stuff loaded in. Still managed to sit and have 4 beers in the comfortable recliner chairs yesterday with the son in law...........LOL

Sure likingthis 345RFlayout thus far........

Your fob won't work the intelli jacks, just make sure your truck and trailer are level when you set it up and everything should work fine.Ours has been trouble free.I was in to Springmount a few years ago but don't remember them handling Cruiser.

We have an electric awning and a crank. How are you supposed to get the awning retracted if the motor fails?

I really don't think the year means much. My last trailer was a 4 winds and only made for 1 year, anniversary model, 2008. The dealer titled it as a 2009. I have looked at rv trader and other places and the exact same year trailer I have now is totally different in the ads, same model.

You figure it out...
